Lanh Dang, PharmD, BCACP is a Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and pulmonology at UF Health Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Dang graduated from the University of Rhode Island and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency and PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency at UF Health Jacksonville. Aside from clinic responsibilities, Dr. Dang coordinates and maintains URAC and ACHC specialty pharmacy accreditations at UF Health Jacksonville, creates and manages specialty pharmacy workflows, policies, and procedures, and staffs within the specialty and retail pharmacy. She has a passion for providing high quality patient care in specialty diseases, optimizing systems and workflows, mentoring, and leadership. Dr. Dang has given many local and national presentations and been published for specialty pharmacy, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatology. A few of her proud accomplishments include completing an eight-month organizational leadership development program, earning the specialty pharmacy the 2022 Pioneer in URAC’s Leaders in Performance Measurement – Specialty Pharmacy award, sharing a valuable patient care experience in the July 2022 Pharmacy Times Health Systems Edition after presenting at the 2022 Acentrus Specialty Conference, and being awarded the 2020 Florida Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (FSHP) New Practitioner Award.
