Jennifer Halsey is the Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy and Associate Professor for Pharmacy Practice at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Prior to matriculating to pharmacy school, Jennifer earned her bachelors and masters degrees at the Univerisity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She worked as a research scientist in the areas of respiratory diagnostics, disease modeling in Drosophila melanogaster and pharmacogenomics prior to completing her PharmD at the University of Wisconsin. She earned her combined Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Healthcare Administration at George Washington University. Jennifer is a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist and has served as a member of the ASHP Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders Section Advisory Group on Value, Quality and Compliance and last presented at the 2020 Midyear meeting.
