Lillian has over a decade of experience in managing complex health projects, monitoring program indicators, and evaluating health outcomes in infectious diseases. Prior to joining AHSP, she was a senior consultant at Facente Consulting, where she led the development of non-profit strategic planning, community-based participatory research, and program evaluation projects. She was also based in Geneva, Switzerland, where she worked at the World Health Organization on HIV prevalence trends and Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ART) coverage across countries the Africa region. Lillian has also served as an epidemiologist at the Rhode Island Department of Health, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of Rhode Island’s Comprehensive HIV Prevention Program Evaluation Plan. She holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and chemistry from the University of Vermont, and an MPH from the Nuffield Centre for International Health and Development from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
