Tosin Ajayi, a first generation immigrant originally from Nigeria and a resident of New Jersey. She is a 2020 graduate of Montclair State University where she held a major in Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Throughout the completion of the program, Tosin began her drive to serve patients within the pharmaceutical industry as a CVS pharmacy technician where her role was centered on patient care, strong multitasking, and detail oriented technical skills for problem solving. Upon graduation, she returned to the classroom as a PharmD/MBA student at Belmont University to feed her passion in patient care that is affected by the pharmaceutical industry and the decisions that led to those operations. Tosin is now a 4th year pharmacy student at Belmont University with aspirations of implementing her growing awareness and eagerness to create impact to the industry upon completion of the programs. She passionately serves as Janssen Scholars of Oncology Diversity Engagement Program scholar as she works alongside her mentors to expand upon on her knowledge, skills, and drive within the oncology scope of the pharmaceutical industry. Outside of class, Tosin mentors' the young woman withtin her youth ministry at church monthly, works for the Vanderbilt Integrated Pharmacy, serves as the Massey College of Business Grad Council Secretary as well as the Class of 2024 Vice President on her campus.
