Stephen Kung, PharmD is the Director of Pharmacy Programs and Informatics at Premise Health. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, completed his PGY1 at Beth Israel Medical Center, Kings Highway Division and his PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency at University of Louisville. He is currently the chair of the Clinical Decision Support / Medication Safety Subcommittee for Premise Health’s Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee and serves as a PGY2 pharmacy resident preceptor. His practice interests include data science and information security
