Autumn Zuckerman, PharmD, BCPS, CSP is the Director of Health Outcomes and Research at Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy, Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In this role, she leads a team of pharmacists and researchers in studying the specialty patient journey. Through strategic collaborations, Dr. Zuckerman and team utilize research findings to drive innovative, evidence-based practices changes that improve patient care. Dr. Zuckerman’s research spans across specialty disease states and has included research in the areas of human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis C, multiple sclerosis, pulmonary arterial hypertension, oncology and hematology, lipidology, and osteoporosis. She is also an affiliate professor at University of Tennessee College of Health Sciences, Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, and Belmont University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Zuckerman received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy, then completed two years of ASHP-accredited residency training at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA, specializing in ambulatory care.
