Erin Neal, PharmD, MMHC
Erin is the Director of Population Health Pharmacy Services at Vanderbilt Health where where she develops and implements programs to provide high quality care at a lower cost for 300,000 covered lives under management. Erin holds a BS degree from Sewanee-The University of the South, a PharmD from Auburn University, and a Masters in Healthcare Management from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Erin completed an ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency at Vanderbilt and has held a number of staff, clinical and management positions with the department during her tenure.
Erin’s practice interests include comprehensive medication management, transitions of care, population health, value-based care, and process and quality improvement.
