Megan Wesling, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP, CDCES, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Pharmacy in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Wesling earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Midwestern University College of Pharmacy - Downers Grove before pursuing a PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital followed by a PGY-2 ambulatory care residency with emphasis in academia at Advocate Aurora and Midwestern University College of Pharmacy in Chicago, IL. In addition to her faculty role, she serves as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist in the Department of Family Medicine at HSC Health. Her areas of emphasis in her clinical practice include, but are not limited to, cardiology and endocrinology. She also has presented or published in the areas of anticoagulation, diabetes mellitus, practice management, and pharmacy education. Presently, Dr. Wesling serves as faculty of board recertification materials in the area of anticoagulation and ASHP's Billing and Reimbursement Professional Certificate.
