Shalena McWilliams, Pharm.D, Rph, is the Southeast Division VP of Pharmacy Enterprise for CommonSpirit Health, one of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States. The Southeast Division is a large complex multi state division with four markets spanning Arkansas, Kentucky, Georgia, Tennessee and Ohio. The division consists of: 270+ clinics, 16 acute care hospitals (eight disproportionate share, two critical access, five non-340B, 1 free-standing ED), 12 infusion centers, five retail pharmacies and one long term acute care facility.

Shalena is accustomed to driving operational efficiency, having earned her Six Sigma Black Belt Professional Certification in 2015. Prior to her current role, she was asked to take over as the Director of the Clinical Informatics Department during a multi-facility transition to the Cerner electronic medical record and played an instrumental role in the successful transition.

Shalena has extensive knowledge in hospital based outpatient reimbursement, with her most recent project aimed at improving outpatient reimbursement and creating metrics for monitoring the viability of this business line of pharmacy.
