Kaylee Marino, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS, BCEMP is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine and Neurocritical Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is also the Residency Program Director for the PGY2 Emergency Medicine program. Kaylee completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Northeastern University and a PGY1 residency at VA Boston Healthcare System. Kaylee has been a speaker at various conferences including New England Critical Care Symposium, ASHP Midyear, US Department of State, Continuing Education program, and Harvard Medical School, Collaborative Clinical Explorations. Kaylee's involvement in multiple residency and departmental research projects have led to several publications focusing on safety of peripherally administered hypertonic saline, alcohol withdrawal, phenytoin dosing, and the role of desmopressin in hyponatremia. Kaylee serves as a preceptor for PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residents for their Emergency Medicine rotation as well as a preceptor for students on their APPE rotation. Kaylee's areas of interest include acute ischemic stroke management, pharmacist role in emergency response, and medication safety.
