Diane Kim, PharmD is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Penn Presbytarian Medical Center (PPMC) in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Rutgers University. She then completed her PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Christiana Care in Newark/Wilmington, DE. She is embedded in the Internal Medicine clinic at PPMC, where she collaborates with prescribers to co-manage chronic diseaess. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, smoking cessation, and substance use disorder. She serves as the Residency Program Director for the PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharamcy Residency Program at PPMC and precepts PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residents and IPPE/APPE pharmacy students on their Ambulatory Care rotations.
