Mark Wolf Jr, PharmD, BCPS is the current Pharmacy Program Coordinator for Medicaton-Use Safety and Quality, Pediatrics and Women's at University of Kentucky HealthCare. Dr. Wolf obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Eastern Kentucky University in 2017 and his Doctorate of Pharmacy at University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2020. Dr. Wolf went on to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at University of Kentucky HealthCare Good Samaritan Hospital and his PGY2 in Medication-Use Safety and Policy at University of Kentucky HealthCare Chandler Medical Center. Dr. Wolf's primary practice interests involve human factor engineering, quality improvement, and root cause analysis.
