Rachel S. Meyers, Pharm.D., BCPPS, BCPS, FPPA, is Clinical Professor for the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Dr. Meyers completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison and a PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Residency at the University of North Carolina Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill. In her current position, Dr. Meyers provides both didactic and experiential education in pediatric pharmacotherapy for pharmacy students and residents. She practices in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and General Pediatric Unit at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. Her research interests include pediatric critical care, infectious diseases, and dosage forms for children.
