Dr. Allison Riffle is Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer at Cleveland Clinic, where she is primarily accountable for pharmacy services across the Main Campus. Dr. Riffle has held progressive leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus since 2013. Prior to the Cleveland Clinic, she was Pharmacy Manager at Akron General Medical Center. She began her career as a pediatric pharmacist at Michigan Medicine. Dr. Riffle is actively involved in the American Society of Health System Pharmacy where she is currently serving as chair of the Section Advisory Group on Value, Quality and Compliance for the Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders. Dr. Riffle received her BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Toledo, and her MS in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Riffle is proud to have received the Ohio Commendation Medal from the Ohio Governor and Ohio National Guard for her leadership of the Joint Task Force for the FEMA Mass COVID-19 Vaccination Site in Cleveland, Ohio. Her professional passions include operational excellence, controlled substance accountability, and leadership development and coaching. She earned the credentials of Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is actively pursuing her Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
