Dr. Courtney Putz, PharmD received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed a PGY1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency at the William S. Middleton Veterans Affairs Hospital in Madison, WI . After completion of her residency, Dr. Putz joined the Tomah VAMC as Associate Chief of Pharmacy and was later promoted to Chief of Pharmacy. Dr. Putz continues pharmacy practice advancement initiatives through roles with VHA Pharmacy Benefits Management Clinical Pharmacy Practice Office and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Section Advisory Groups.
