Susan Flaker is the Regional Director of pharmacy for Mayo Clinic Health System in the South East Minnestoa Region. She received her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Health Schiences and Pharmacy in St Louis Missouri, Masters of Business Administration from Webster University as well as completing of DPLA, ASHP's leadership academy. She helped establish Mayo Clinic's group to manage medication shortage and is currently working on programs to assist with flu vaccination ordering process and establishing clinic ordering based on medication administration. In addition Susan has been awarded an ASHP foundation grant to study the use of a verification decsion support tool for order verification.
