Dr. Shi is currently a PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership resident at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Shi received her PharmD degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. At Houston Methodist Hospital, she is currently leading the pharmacy inventory project, implementing an oncology compounding robot, and establishing an ambulatory transplant pharmacy. Dr. Shi is a certified Epic Willow analyst, and she is interested in pharmacy operations and automation. Dr.Shi is the Chair of ASHP Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents’ Collaborative resource group. She actively participates in creating programming, resources, and tools to support the advancement of pharmacy practice and the HSPAL community at a national level.
