Liz VanWert, PharmD, BCPS is an Emergency Medicine pharmacist at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor Michigan, practicing in both the adult and pediatric ED’s. Liz completed her PGY2 EM pharamcy residency at University Health in San Antonio, Texas. Serving as the RPD for the EM PGY2 pharmacy residency program and lead adult ED pharmacist, Liz’s practice interests include neurology, pediatric EM, ED pharmacy workflow optimization and metrics, and antibiotic stewardship.
