Kaitlin Crowley, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in critical care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, where she also completed her post graduate residency training in pharmacy practice and critical care. Kaitlin also serves as a Program Coordinator for the Critical Care Pharmacy PGY2 Residency, as well as a preceptor for the many different residency programs offered at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Kaitlin has an active role in research and mentorship within the pharmacy department, serves on several departmental and multi-disciplinary committees, and has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications. Her areas of interest include management of hemostasis in the ICU, sedation practices, optimizing the role of the pharmacist in emergency response and medication safety.
