Matt Baker, PharmD, MS, BCPS

Dr. Baker serves as the Pharmacy Clinical & Formulary Management Supervisor as well as adjunct faculty for the University of Missouri Kansas City College of Pharmacy. Dr. Baker earned his Pharm.D. degree from Saint Louis College of Pharmacy, completed both the Research Boot Camp and Pharmacy Leadership Academy through the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Foundation, and received a M.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Wyoming.
