Carol Heunisch, PharmD BCPS BCCP (she/her/hers)

Director, Drug Policy and Education
NorthShore - Edward-Elmhurst Health

Carol Heunisch serves as the Director of Drug Policy and Education, and has responsibility for formulary management, policy development, and education of pharmacy students and residents. She earned a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy as well as her PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her area of expertise includes Cardiology, specifically heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Dr. Heunisch is active in ICHP, currently serving as President, as well as in ASHP and ACCP.
