Molly Fenske, PharmD, BCPS is a clinical pharmacist working in Transplant and Critical Care at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed her PharmD training at Ohio Northern University followed by a combined PGY1/2 Pharmacotherapy residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Fenske is a member of AST and ASHP and is currently serving as the Chair of the ASHP NPF Resident Advancement Advisory Committee. Her practice interests include end stage liver disease, liver transplant, quality improvement and medication safety.
