Katie Nesbitt, PharmD, BCPS, received her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Tower Health Network, in Reading Pennsylvania. After her post graduate training she continued at Tower Health Network for 5 years as a Clinical Pharmacist.
She currently serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Cardiology & Anticoagulation at Lehigh Valley Health Network where she dedicates time to educating pharmacy student and residents, pharmacy staff and providers. Dr. Nesbitt is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and an active member of the American College of Cardiology Cardiovascular Team. Her research interests include heart failure pharmacotherapy and its implementation in the inpatient setting as well as acute coronary syndrome pharmacotherapy.
