Gustavo Alves Andrade dos Santos is a Pharmacist-Biochemist, graduated from UNIP (Universidade Paulista, 1993); Doctor in Biotechnology, Master in Pharmacy; Post-Doctorate in Anatomy and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (USP-Ribeirão Preto). He studied Neurobiology (University of Chicago), Clinical Pharmacy (University of Central Florida), USA; Hospital Pharmacy (Necker Hospital) Paris, France; Postgraduate in Hospital Pharmacy (Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz). He is a Professor at the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty of Medicine, Araras, SP and Oswaldo Cruz University, SP; Coordinator of the Technical Group of Pharmaceutical Care for the Elderly and of the Technical Group of Hospital Pharmacy of the Regional Council of Pharmacy of the State of São Paulo. Member of the Alzheimer's Association International (ISTAART) and Member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). Director/Scientist at Gusfarma Health, Brain and Life. Has solid experience in Clinical/Hospital Pharmacy; Neuroscience Researcher. Author of books in the Pharmacy and Alzheimer's segments.
