Emily Faltin, PharmD, MBA is a current PGY1 resident at Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio. Emily completed her pharmacy education at Ferris State University College of Pharmacy in Big Rapids Michigan, while also obtaining her Masters in Business Administration. At Ferris, Emily led the Dean's Advisory Board and was awarded the Dean's Professionalism Award. At St. Charles, Emily is working on starting up a pharmacist ran, outpatient clinic that administers the long-acting naltrexone injection, Vivitrol, for patients suffering with alcohol use disorder. Emily's residency project will enable her to pursue a psychiatric related PGY2 and work with those with various substance use disorders.
