Ridwan Adepoju is a fourth year pharmacy student at Eugene Applebaum college of pharmacy and health sciences, Wayne state university Michigan. He is a pharmacy intern at Berkley pharmacy and Brookside pharmacy. He is currently completing his APPE's which include Industry at Curta counseling, insurance at Blue Care network, Hospital and ambulatory care at Henry Ford Hospital, community rotation at Walgreens and an academic rotation at his university. Ridwan has been involved in organizations such as APhA-AShP, SCCP, pharmacy alliance for community engagement, a previous member of the student committee on policy advocacy at his university, Diabetes education in the community, flu and covid clinics etc. He was awarded the Paul. C and Nettie Death Endowed Scholarship in light of his leadership, academic achievements, commitment to pharmacy, and his involvement in professional and community organizations outside the classroom.
Ridwan enjoys patient interactions and has expressed interests in becoming an ambulatory care pharmacists by completing a PGY1 and PGY2 residency in the coming future.
