Analeslie Martinez is from Los Angeles California, she received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University, and is now a fourth year pharmacy student at the Daniel K Inouye College of Pharmacy in Hilo Hawaii. She has a peaked interest in rural health and throughout pharmacy school she lead various organizations that provided free services and patient education to rural communities in Hawaii. When the COVID-19 vaccines became available in the winter of 2020, she volunteered 135 hours reconstituting and administering Pfizer vaccines at the local hospital. She is planning to apply to residencies with a focus in ambulatory care who serve a rural and or underserved population.
