Clinical pharmacy resident (PGY1) in Tawam hospital in Al Ain, UAE.
I Graduated from university of Sharjah in 2016 with bachelor of pharmacy afterward I obtained my master of clinical pharmacy degree from Al Ain university in 2021 and this year I passed the BCPS exam
I Obtained a pharmacy practice license in UAE in 2017 and I worked as inpatient pharmacist for 4 years starting 2017 till 2021. I joined the residency program in 2021. I did many rotations including general pediatrics, internal medicine, infectious diseases, and ambulatory
Pertinent research and practice interests
I published 2 research papers in the literature. The first paper was published in 2017 and is titled as " Plants’ natural products as alternative promising anti.Candida drugs". The second review was published in 2022 and was titled as "Antibiotics duration guided by biomarkers in hospitalized adult patients; a systematic review and meta-analysis". I'm interested in the area of infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship
Professional achievements
I was a member of ASP committee in Ain Al Khaleej hospital and I was involved in developing the polices related to antibiotics use and monitoring of the use pattern.
