J. Kevin Hicks, PharmD, PhD, FCCP is an Associate Member at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Associate Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, and Adjunct Professor in the Cleveland Clinic Genomic Medicine Institute. Dr. Hicks received his PharmD and PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan. He completed a pharmacy practice residency at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital ‒ University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a clinical fellowship in pharmacogenomics at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Dr. Hicks serves as an Attending on Moffitt’s Precision Medicine Clinical Service and is the Chair of Moffitt’s Thoracic Molecular Tumor Board. As a faculty member at Moffitt, Dr. Hicks is leading efforts across the enterprise to integrate precision pharmacotherapy into routine patient care. Dr. Hicks maintains an active clinical pharmacogenomics research program and has over 80 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, including authorship on several Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium (CPIC) guidelines.
