Tiffany Pon, PharmD, BCPS, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the UCSF School of Pharmacy and serves as the Experiential Education Program Director for the Greater Sacramento Area. She graduated from Purdue University College of Pharmacy and completed residency training at UC Davis Health (UCDH), including a PGY2 in cardiology. Dr. Pon's research interests include anticoagulation in special populations as well as educational research in experiential education, precepting, and professional development. Dr. Pon has precepted learners of various levels for over a decade and serves as the Co-Chair of the UCDH Pharmacy Education and Development Committee, Co-Coordinator of the UCDH Pharmacy Resident Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Program, and Co-Coordinator of the UCSF Master Preceptor Program. She has been the recipient of multiple UCSF Apples for Teacher/Preceptor awards for student teaching and precepting, and she is a two time recipient of the UCSF Preceptor of the Year award.
