Nisha Mohiuddin is a PharmD candidate at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and longitudinal advanced pharmacy practice (LAPPE) intern at Houston Methodist Hospital at the Texas Medical Center. She aims to pursue a PGY1 and PGY2 residency program in one of her areas of interest, which include critical care and internal medicine. Currently, she is an active member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (AHSP) and the Beta Omicron chapter of the Rho Chi Honor Society. She previously served as the Vice-President of the Student College of Clinical Pharmacy (SCCP) chapter at the University of Houston Pharmacy. She also served as the Vice-President of Never Generic Podcast and Professional Development Chair for the Student Society of Health System Pharmacists (SSHP) for the student chapter. She also worked as an intern at MedWiseRx, a medication therapy management company. Her current longitudinal research project at Houston Methodist Hospital focuses on medication waste management. Her electives in the LAPPE program include pharmacy administration, infectious diseases, and critical care.
