Dale English is the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He assists in course development and execution for professional development, leadership, and sterile compounding courses and laboratories as well as oversight for the Office of Student Affairs for the College. Dr. English received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy ('93) and Doctor of Pharmacy ('05) from Ohio Northern University. Dr. English has worked as an acute care pharmacist in several hospital settings where he assisted in the production and distribution of medication dosage forms as well as provided patient-centered care in health care team atmospheres. He is active in local, state, national, and international pharmacy organizations having served in many roles as well as provided numerous podium and poster presentations. He is a past president of the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists (OSHP), a past chair of the ASHP Section of Inpatient Practitioners, a past chair of the ASHP Council on Education and Workforce Development, the 2009 recipient of the ASHP Section of Inpatient Care Practitioners' Distinguished Service Award, and Fellow of ASHP. He currently serves as an ASHP delegate for the state of Kentucky as well as Chair of the Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists' (KSHP) House of Delegates and KSHP board member.
