Multi-Hospital Director of Pharmacy

Kellie L.E Musch, PharmD, MS, is a multi-hospital Director of Pharmacy Services at OhioHealth in Columbus, OH. Dr. Musch graduated with her PharmD from Ohio Northern University. After graduation, she went on to complete a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center. Concurrently, she completed her Masters in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at the Ohio State University. Her first role after residency included oversight of freestanding emergency departments at OhioHealth. In 2019, she moved back to Grant Medical Center where she served as the Site Manager, Pharmacy Services for 3.5 years. She was promoted to her current role in April 2023.
Dr. Musch is currently a member of the ASHP Section of Pharmacy Educators SAG for Post-Graduate Education and Learning Experiences. Most notably, she served as 2020-21 Chair of the ASHP New Practitioners Forum (NPF) Executive Committee and was recognized in 2022 as the NPF Distinguished Service Award Honoree. She is actively involved in the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists (OSHP) and currently serves as Division Director, Membership, Media, and Marketing. Locally, Dr. Musch precepts a variety of rotation experiences for APPEs, PGY1s, and PGY2s and has experience as a previous residency program coordinator.
Dr. Musch's professional interests include value driven leadership, advocating for women in the workplace, financial management, pharmacy technician advancement, emerging technology, transitions of care, and development of new practitioners.
