This educational session will focus on the practice of pharmacy in the federal pharmacy sector, with a description of the unique practice opportunities for pharmacists in a variety of settings. The presentation will also include a discussion and examples of clinical pharmacist led programs that positively impact patient care and outcomes. The session will conclude with a question-and-answer interchange between the speakers and attendees.

  • Discuss opportunities for pharmacists in the federal pharmacy practice environment.
  • Describe examples of the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists that are unique to federal pharmacy.
