Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Jeremy R. DeGrado, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS is a Clinical Pharmacy Practice Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) responsible for managing clinical programs aimed at optimizing pharmacotherapy and improving patient outcomes. As a critical care pharmacist, Jeremy has an active role in bedside education and optimization of pharmacotherapy of critically ill patients. He has experience speaking at the local and national level on critical care topics such as hemodynamic support in septic shock, the management of severe alcohol withdrawal, and optimizing pharmacotherapy for pain, agitation, and delirium. He is regularly invoved in the ASHP Midyear meeting as a program chair, moderator, and speaker. He has published and spoken professionally on topics related to critical care pharmacotherapy. He is the residency coordinator for the PGY-2 critical care pharmacy practice residency at BWH. He is an adjunct associate professor at Northeastern University and precepts students, PGY-1, and PGY-2 residents in the medical ICU throughout the year.
